NICK Dimovski has been appointed as Bonnyrigg White Eagles technical director.
He said the role includes developing youth players into potential top-liners.
Dimovski is preparing for his ninth season as a youth league coach.
For the past two years he has coached the Eagles' under-13s and under-14s youth league teams.
Dimovski, 29, pictured, will work with Eagles National Premier Leagues NSW Men's 1 elite coach Brian Brown.
"Brian and I have a five-year plan, and we now have the same playing philosophy starting from first grade down right throughout the club for our teams," he said.
"Bonnyrigg has been very successful with our first grade team making the grand final three times over the past four seasons.
"We aim to develop our own home grown players to reach their ability's following the Football Federation Australia national coaching curriculum."
Dimovski said the ultimate goal is to prepare players from their youth league to one day play for the club's first grade, the A-League and possibly the Socceroos.
Dimovski also looks after the skills acquisition program for players aged from nine to 12.
Eagles head coach Brian Brown is an integral part of the overall coaching program.
"The signing of Nick Dimovski as technical director was the moment our youth league really started moving forward," Brown said.
The Eagles' club conditioning coach is Scott Wheeler.
Former first grade Eagles player Vuko Tomasavic has joined as club physiotherapist.
