■Culinary Carnivale: Western Sydney's premier Spanish and Latin American food festival, part of the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Month, will be held in the Fairfield City Centre on Saturday, October 19, from 11am to 4pm. Taking place in Spencer Street, there will be Latino music, entertainment and flavours.
