■Moon Festival: Annual celebration in Cabramatta Town Centre, September 15, 11am-8pm. There will be performances, food stalls, cooking demonstrations by popular chefs, a lantern parade, rides, lion dancing and fashion shows.
■Culinary Carnivale: Western Sydney's premier Spanish and Latin American food festival, part of The Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Month, will be held in the Fairfield city centre on Saturday, October 19, 11am-4pm.
