THE Abbotsbury Neighbourhood Watch committee is inviting "Abbotsburians" to their meetings held every second month to discuss matters that concern the community.
The next meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 20 from 7pm to 8pm at the Hang Over Cafe on Stockdale Crescent, Abbotsbury.
President of the committee Daniela Fedele said meeting topics could include types of loan, how to protect your family, stranger danger, what to do if a fire occurs in your home, how to use public transport services and free local children's services.
"This is a new section to our meeting that I would like to introduce. If anyone would like to do a 30-minute presentation that may be of interest to the community, this will be allowed on the second half of the meeting," she said.
Children are welcome to attend with their families, she said.
