About 9am on Monday, police attached to Cabramatta Local Area Command executed a search warrant at a home in Renata Place at Hassall Grove where they arrested a 22-year-old Hassall Grove man.

The man was taken to Mt Druitt Police station where he was interviewed by detectives.

He was charged with indecent assault, detain person in company with intent to obtain advantage, assault occasioning actual bodily harm, malicious damage, two counts of detain person with intent to obtain advantage and four counts of sexual intercourse without consent.

Police will allege that the charges are related to incidents that occurred in October involving a 17-year-old Cabramatta girl.

The man has been bail refused to appear at Mt Druitt Local Court today.
