Integrated Specialist Healthcare
Our integrated approach to Specialist Healthcare provides patients with higher quality, holistic care.
Over the last decade, tertiary care in medicine has become more complex and highly specialised with the emergence of subspecialties treating very specific diseases. The result is a more fragmented approach to the treatment of patients. The integrated Specialist Healthcare practice seeks to unite key specialists involved in the delivery of both diagnosis and treatment of common diseases.
We bring together a senior, trusted and experienced team of specialists from a variety of areas in medicine and surgery including plastic and reconstructive surgery, dermatology, bariatric and paediatric, allergy and immunology all under one roof. Our unique new model provides a seamless access to the skill of these doctors to the treatment of patients. Patients are managed by a multi-disciplinary team which jointly address all aspects of the presenting condition and tailors the treatment plan to ensure that the best treatment is offered.
Our practice is co-located with a State of the art Kingsway Day Surgery operated by Ramsay Healthcare facility and we have immediate access to pathology, radiology and other diagnostic services. We also work closely with an affiliated network of GP’s to provide seamless treatment.

The concept of integrated healthcare is defined by the World Health Organisation as “bringing together inputs, delivery, management and organization of services related to diagnosis, treatment, care, rehabilitation and health promotion. Integration is a means to improve services in relation to access, quality, user satisfaction and efficiency”.
